Structure of Course
The first nine units of competency in the Diploma of Business (BSB50120) are the same for all students. Once students have completed those units, they will have the option of choosing one of two specialisations.
Option 1 is the Diploma of Business (Leadership) and is designed for students that want to develop their leadership skills rather than develop the more ‘hands on’ aspects of the operations stream.
Option 2 is the Diploma of Business (Operations) and is designed for students that want to develop the hands on skills needed to run an organisation.

Students who complete the Leadership electives will be awarded a Diploma of Business (Leadership):

Students who complete the Operations electives will be awarded a Diploma of Business (Operations):
