Purchase Goods and Services (BSBPUR301) is applicable to individuals studying the Certificate III in Business who are responsible for conducting low-risk, low-expenditure purchasing within an organization, utilizing established and documented purchasing strategies. It may be undertaken by someone working in a small organization with overall purchasing responsibilities, or by a purchasing specialist in a larger organization.
While some decision-making may be necessary in implementing purchasing strategies, the work is generally performed under supervision.
